We are changing how we provide medical care to our patients during this difficult time.
We are here to handle your chronic medical problems as well as urgent conditions which may arise, whether related to the current pandemic or not. We do not want you to postpone care for your chronic medical conditions.
If you have an upcoming follow-up visit already scheduled, we will not be seeing you in the office. Instead we are now offering telehealth visits, which enable you to have a secure virtual video visit with your provider from your smartphone or computer, or by phone if you do not have computer or smart phone capabilities.
We will be billing your insurance carrier for any time the provider spends with you whether video visit or phone call. Most insurance carriers have waived copayments for these visits.
If you have a medical problem, please call us first. If we feel that you need to be seen in the office, we are scheduling appointments starting at 8am through 12pm, Monday through Friday.
We do not have walk in hours – please call the office first.
At times of communal stress like this, reaching out to friends and family with encouragement and support helps both the giver and the receiver. We need to stay connected!
