Louis A. Friedman, DO | Internal Medicine

Dr. Friedman is a graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine where he also completed a rotating internship. His residency in internal medicine was at Pennsylvania Hospital. After completing his residency he served as Chief Medical Resident there and subsequently helped train residents and students in general internal medicine at Pennsylvania Hospital. He is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and has been named as a fellow of the American College of Physicians, where he is active on both a state and national level.

His interests are diabetes and lipid management, cardiac risk factor modification as well as arthritis and joint disease management.
